Convenient Location: We had a great time staying here, just a stone's throw away from the old town! You could literally walk across the square and find amazing restaurants nearby. Its central location made it super easy to reach the Archaeological Museum 😉.

I had a peaceful 4 nights stay in Zadar. Staff was very very helpful, and I liked the host. The location was the best within 5 minutes' walk of The Forum.

A cosy apartment; tidy. There was a restaurant called pizzeria tri bunara, offering lunch/dinner, it was close to the venue. Extremely friendly staff & host. Pleasant sea view. This flat had a small garden...
The setting was pretty bad.

The view from the room's window was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning vista of the forum. The super king-size bed with a dreamy memory foam mattress provided the most comfortable sleep I've ever had. The spacious walk-in shower was both luxurious and lovely. The move to the studio apartment at the back of the building was a pleasant surprise, offering a well-equipped kitchenette, cozy sofa area, and ample space. The bonus of having a washer-dryer meant I came home with no laundry to do. Despite being in the center of town, the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful stay. The French windows could be fully opened, allowing fresh air to fill the room. The overall classy touches, such as the walk-in shower and indirect lighting, added to the charm of the location. The parking situation was convenient, with easy street parking available. The location of the accommodation was unbeatable, with just a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, and the beach. The elevator access was a rarity in the old town and greatly appreciated. The room had high-quality furniture, a large bed, and excellent air conditioning. The noise-blocking windows and dark shades ensured a restful night's sleep. Having road access right at the doorstep was another rare find in the old town, making it easy for taxis to locate the accommodation. The prompt and efficient service, with quick responses to WhatsApp messages, was a standout feature. Our host was incredibly helpful and made our transfers to and from the airport seamless. I couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.

The Artis Accommodation in Zadar was spotlessly clean and had a great location right by the Roman forum and Sea organ. We loved sitting by the window looking out at the forum - feeling like we had our own balcony. The room had all the necessary facilities like a TV - air conditioning - hairdryer, and fridge. The host - Loris - was extremely helpful and even provided airport transfers.
Do recommend.

The room I stayed in was really cozy and comfortable. The private entrance made me feel like I had my own little hideaway. I loved how the room had air conditioning. It was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. Having an electric kettle in the room was a great convenience. I could make myself a cup of tea whenever I wanted. The showers in the bathrooms had rainfall showerheads, which made for a really refreshing and rejuvenating shower experience.
I personally would have liked to have an iron/ironing board in the room. But hey, that's just my preference.

The kitchen in our unit was equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop, making it incredibly convenient for preparing meals. It felt like having our own personal chef on hand!
Noise from the nearby beer festival could be heard, despite the soundproof windows. The festival extended late into the night, so it might be a good idea to bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a continental breakfast ALONE in my apartment. Snorkeling, sailing, and boat tours were such great chances to get out on the water ALL BY MYSELF. Safety features like a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit were just what I needed. So grateful for free WiFi and garden views.
Oh, and of course I loved that no pets were allowed. Who needs the company of a cute furry friend while on vacation?

I recently stayed at Artis in Zadar for four nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to restaurants, bars, and the Riva beach. The view from the room of the Roman Forum and sea was breathtaking. The room itself had excellent soundproofing and the French windows allowed for plenty of fresh air. The walk-in shower and indirect lighting added a touch of class. The furniture was of great quality, including a large, comfortable bed with good air conditioning. The prompt service via WhatsApp was a convenient and efficient way to communicate with the staff. Artis provided a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of Zadar.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
